Return and Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Customized Jerseys

• Once your name and number are printed on the jersey, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Since each jersey is customized specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return.
• To initiate a return, email us at Smartstores499@gmail.com with order details and images of the defect.

3. Refund Policy

• If the return request is approved, a replacement will be provided or a refund will be issued as per the case.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Process

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before customization begins. Once the name and number are printed, cancellation is not possible.
